 New Settlement Apartments is a nonprofit organization with a 27-year, demonstrated commitment to housing and community development, including working toward educational excellence in local public schools. Our extensive year-round community services and educational programs are structured in direct response to the interests of several thousand adults and youth who live in the Mt. Eden community, a chronically underserved area of the Bronx.

Grounded in our commitment to affordable housing and a thriving neighborhood, New Settlement Apartments collaborates with community residents and develops partnerships to create services and opportunities that celebrate the inherent dignity and potential of individuals and families.
