MS 223, The Laboratory School of Finance and Technology, is a community school located in the Mott Haven neighborhood of the South Bronx. The school has introduced a number of innovative porgrams to improve the academic abilities of their students. MS 223 is a dual-language school with 480 students and a 96% poverty level.
